I'd say Amur khan , Olympic sliver medalist at 17 is an incredible acheivment and only didn't win the gold because he was up against arguably the greatest amatuer of all time

    Hard to say

What weights did Floyd fight at during his amateur career? much smaller than Khan...

Your on crack. You know nothing of amateur boxing in the U.S. let alone globally. Floyd was on fox sports beating up grown men since he was 14. Amir Khan isn't even on the same boxing planet as Mayweather. Not as an amateur and definitely not as a pro. Bredis Prescott, Danny Garcia ? Really? And by the way, the greatest amateur of all time is a cuban named Stevenson or a guy named Rigondeaux who would kick Amir's ass at any weight...

i dont usually address trolls but i found this hilarious

if you havnt noticed by my posts i follow amateur boxing incredibly closely

beating up grown men means nothing to me, you can go to any gym around the world and wll see animals of 14 year olds giving it to grown men and still acheive nothing in boxing

first of all most U.S fans will admit they know nothing about amateur boxing but you had to go out of your way and prove it

first of all you showed you had no idea who Mario Kindelan is. I dont think any half way intelligent person will disagree that he has a right to be in the discussion for greatest amatuer of all time, as he arguably is

his a 2 time olympics champion and a 3 time world champion

and Khan acheivement was amazing he won a sliver medal at 17, Mayweather won a bronze at 19.

    Khan was an amazing amateur

id say your only a ***** so you should get back to your usual topics and stay away from amateur boxing and stop making a fool of yourself

I dont have much information about the amatuers just seen kindelin khan on the tv there, was the mayweather loss in the olympics a stonewall robbery? was he regarded really highly at the time at the time? from just looking at him he moved more like his father back then

Kindelan was an incredible amateur and is widely regarded as one of the best if not the best of all time

When Khan faced him he was 17 and Kindelan was 32 and the defending olympics champion and a 3 time world champion. And Khan gave him his hardest fight in years. Khans actually beat Kindalen after the olympics in a fight

Mayweather was on the end of a bad decision but iv seen a lot worse, in them situations you really have to put the fight beyond any reasonable doubt to get the decision. Mayweather never faced anyone as good as Kindelan in the amateurs and he did lose to Augie Sanchez. Mayweather was a very good amateur but Khan had the potential to be incredible, his style was perfectly suited to the amateurs

This is what Khantards have to resort to, talking about the amateurs because they know Mayweather spanks Khan as a pro.

May weather hasn't fought a fast fighter since 2006, people wanted to see him fight khan more than they watched to see him fight maidana and more people would want to see khan mayweather than the rematch

****nuts. The Olympics in 96. That decision was called cold war politics. It went just a little deeper than boxing. I know that this is impossible for you to fathom. And my boy Augie Sanchez ain't nobody's scrub. He's a great boxing instructor who had a better fight career than you'll ever have at anything in your next 6 lifetimes.
