Your personal favorite from the fab 4. Hagler, Leonard, Duran or Hearns?

The Hit man hands down. Watching him setting up and landing that right hand was a thing of beauty.

 

1. Duran
2. SRL
3. Hagler
4. Hearns

But there's not much between the four of them. P4P I'd go with Duran, SRL had the best record against the others. Hagler and Hearns had the best war of the bunch, while longevity clearly goes to Duran. It almost is a disservice to put any one of those great fighters in fourth place.

It's more like 1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d.

 

1- Hagler all the way, the best of the best....

2-Duran..

3-Ray- pisses me off still that he made Duran wait until 1989- for the rubber match...

4- Hearns, Never liked him...

For me, Tommy. Genuine guy and a hell of a fighter. Also surprisingly humble considering the egos most successful sportsmen have. (And need.) The guy used to (and maybe still does) assemble gearboxes in his spare time. Can you see Leonard doing that?

I like Ray a lot, but he's an egomaniac.
Hagler is great, but his constant whinging and whining about the Leonard decision got old after a while.
Duran is terrific, but made too many silly excuses after losing.

I just found Tommy the most likable. Doesn't hurt that he could fight a bit too...

Favorite fighter was Thomas Hearns.
