Who do you have winning Kelly Pavlik(who knocked out Taylor) vs GGG? This would be an amazing fight. Pavlik although not the most skilled was a very strong puncher at 160lb, plus his chin was pretty dam good. He only had problems with movers Hopkins, Sergio.

    Pavlik would lose.

His balance wasn't very good, he basically had to plant his feet to land shots. Also, I think he would eat too many right hands from GGG. Neither guy is really hard to find but I feel like Pavlik would get the worst of it in the exchanges. I mean Taylor had him out on his feet and he isn't a very big puncher. I can only imagine GGG landing those same type of shots.

I would favor GGG, but you cant begin to rule Pavlik out. Pavlik could fight. Would have been epic as long as it lasted.

GGG's skill set, technique and power are superior. I can't see Pavlik winning.

I really liked Pavlik but GGG would knock him out.

    I have to agree.

  12. All Depends on GGG's CHIN & Ability to OFFSET a Good Jab...

The Version of Pavlik from Zertuche to Right Before the Bernard Fight was THE BEST We've Seen of Him...That Guy was BIG Enough, RANGY Enough, Possessed a Good Enough JAB & the 2 Fisted Power to LEGITIMATELY Test GGG...

Even the Post-Bernard Version of Pavlik is Faaaaaaaaar & Away THE Best & Most COMPETITIVE Fighter GGG Would have Ever Faced, to Date...

Still, Pavlik had SHITTY Defense & Post-Martinez, You have to QUESTION his Susceptibility to CUTS...

GGG Undoubtedly Lands MORE Shots & Pockets MORE Rounds, but at SOME Point, Pavlik Catches him w/THE Hardest Shot he's EVER Felt & it'd Be Interesting to See HOW GGG Responds...

If Martinez, Hopkins, Rubio, Taylorx2, prime Miranda, Zuniga, Zertuche couldn't do it, I doubt GGG could. Pavlik had a amazing chin, which is probably why he has a seizure condition today.

The right hand Taylor landed on him would have sparked or knocked down almost anyone, not to forget the countless punches Taylor followed them up with. Pavlik was still able to take it all, get up and fight back. Pavlik already proved that he can hit hard and has a granite chin.
