Why isn't Brendan ingle in the hall of fame?

    Trained 4 world champions since the were children and countless other top fighters

    He turned Sheffield from nothing in terms of British boxing to a dominate force and started a strong tradition in the city



    Really don't understand how he isn't in the hall of fame

    Because he's not American probably. Generally the only great trainers to be applauded are American because America is the world.

    Clear American bias towards those who are inducted. Unless you make a name for yourself in the US you don't exist to many.

    ya i was thinking that, but Ingles work,resume and dedication to boxing in Sheffield should take bias out of the equation, he deserves it 2 twice over

    put him in the UK Hhall of fame
    obviously he hasnt done enough, ive never heard of him.......and ive watched boxing since the 80s

    You've never heard of Brendan Ingle since watching boxing of the course of 4 decades..... obviously you never watched enough !

    damn right its hilarious , he knows **** all

    has any other trainer, trained as many world champions since they were kids to world champions as Brendan Ingle has?

    and its not as if he did it in a hotbed of boxing talent, not much was happening in Sheffield boxing before Ingle turned up

    Yep and the first trainer to bring that elusive style of fighting over and have it work for many fighters, very creative style, no one else has had that sort of vision.
