I haven't put much thought into but i will make it a poll soon. So far my nominees are:

    Jones over Hopkins

    Jones over Toney

Pacquiao over Barrera (the first one)

    Mayweather over Corrales

Hopkins over Tito (though imo it surely won't win)

there has to be an "other" option so i will take 9 nominations for the poll

For me its Pacquiao over Barrera. He won practically every round and absolutely dominated. And Barrera is a truly great fighter in my eyes, the best of the 3 mexican warriors

Possibly it's Tarver over Jones. I mean think about it, when that happened, Jones was p4p #1 without question, he was on the slide by the time Tarver got the job done but the first man to beat Jones...the man is a monster.

Is Barrera active? If so his first win over Morales deserves attention, certainly more so that Pac's first win.

Jones over Hopkins is another serious option, though Hopkins wasn't yet peak for me personally.

    Good question BTW.

If Corrales was still with us, I would nominate him for his performance against Castillo I.

    rest in peace

Jones over Toney considering Toneys spot in the sport at the time and how Jones did it. He made James Toney look like a clubfighter.

On paper you have a point, but he was so horribley wieght drained that the value of the win was probably dashed forever.

Pacquiao over Barrera the first time.

Pacquiao was more a jr. feather at the time, and didn't only defeat, but completely dominated a great fighter in Barrera (ranked in the top 5 p4p at the time).

    Jones over Toney

    Rahman over Lewis

    Trinidad over Vargas

I can think of a few more.

I cant use that as an excuse and neither can Toney and he doesnt its just his fans that due. He had already moved up in weight class not that long ago so theres no reason that in a big Champion vs Champion p4p vs p4p,unbeaten PPV fight he should be cutting 40 ibs just no reason at all expect for lack of dedication something that seperates Jones from Toney. If he was weight drained he was also drained vs the Nunns,McCallum,Barkleys ETC and he beat them all while Jones ****ing tooled him.
