good fight and brook fought well, but i thought porter deserved the nod or a draw at the very least. porter was the champ and fought aggressively the entire night, he landed a ton of body shots. props to brook and i'm happy for him he is a great boxer, but the holding was wanker status!!! 117-111 come on what the f*&^ was that? the british judge had the best card, a draw!!

honestly i thought porter was going to crush brook, maybe brook took some roids to level the playing field lmao!!!! good fight, much better than i expected.

COULD have been a draw. Could have gone the other way. Brook did hold excessively, but when a guy is rushing in, that'd be the best way to deal with it, aside from a staggering counter uppercut.

The right man got the win, porter and his style of boxing is better suited for mma. Then he could hold a guy on the cage and clinch all night.

if we're talking headbutts and sumo wrestling, defiantly.

You gotta remember this is boxing, and american judges love Mayweather. Slick boxing and actual punches landed, not pushing and head butting. Porter landed most of his punchers on Brooks back and the back of Brooks head.

I agree. Brook is the more skillful boxer and I think going forward....his fights carry more entertainment value in my opinion. People quickly forget some of Porter's lackluster efforts after his two most recent performances. Believe me, Malignaggi (at that stage of his career) was no where near Kell's level.

Brook was much more skillfull boxing than Porter. Porter was sloppy, got hit a lot, Brook deserved the win. The two American judges gave the fight to Brook clearly............................Brook fought Porter on Porter's home turf, something SOB Ward would never do..............

i would have liked a draw. neither guy separated himself from the other as far as actually winning fights. brook is a better boxer but porter makes up for that with aggression and volume. i saw just as many solid body shots land by porter as i saw clean head shots by brook. the hitting to the back of the head by porter was the result of brook holding which was the result of porter rushing in to do some work. i blame the ref for not getting control of the situation because when porters hands were free, he was punching effectively inside.

great fight, was honestly surprised by brooks performance. people blasting porter and calling it a schooling got it way wrong though, it was close and could have went either way.

I only gave Porter round 3, 6, and 7. Aggression isn't always achievement
