Even Hearns is getting fed up of Jim Watts

I like Jim Watt as a pundit but some of his recent scorecards are a bit worrying. He seems to score a fight on how he thinks in being scored by the judges rather then his own interpretation i.e he gives an advantage to the home fighter in close rounds etc

Watt and Halling are so bad they genuinely ruin fights.

Both are poor, but Halling is worse for me. He does indeed ruin fights.

    Eddie is full of it.

Brook was the stronger man? Yeah, maybe in the last few rounds. Other than that he got bossed around.

Kell only got told ONCE to stop holding? Yeah, once too many times more like!

God Eddie can be such a bullish*tter.

Can they just tell him not to do a scorecard and get some other ex-pro to do it. I think Showtimes commentators do something similar.

Just watch the fight and make up your own mind! Commentators arent ever going to see it the same way as everyone!

Not a bad idea. However Watt really at this stage needs to go.

    Right.

Watt has two main faults. That one about his scoring and also his constant habit of fixating on some ....often minor....detail early in the fight and obsessing about if for the rest of the night.

Woodhall seems very good to me.

I can't believe that Johnny Nelson wasn't involved on Saturday.

I used to love watching the Irish fights with Dave Boy Mcauley doing the former boxer role and he done it so well. Offered up his card and his views on the fights were always worth a listen to. I think he may have worked for Sky on a Frampton card when Sky were doubling up with a show in the US.
Out of the sky lot I would use Bob Mee more than he is at times. I also dont mind Jamie Moore too. I think Paul Smiths ok too.

Aye that's right lets get rid of the last decent commentator we have and replace him with squibs. No thanks! I only want to listen to guys who have succeeded at World level.
If Jim is the next to go it will sum that bloody Sky mob up!
