To be clear, this is not the defamation of character suit that is $10m, it's ward's attempt to break free from Goosen. I highly doubt Goosen will win that suit, at least for the amount requested.

 

We'll see but he might well get it.

All of these law suits going in Goosens favour will bolster his defamation case. Since Wards accusations may put people off signing with Goosen in the future, he might very well get the $10m.

 

Yep. He's gonna extrapolate potential signings over a time period which he would "fix" his reputation since that was tarnished by Ward's accusations. Whether those extrapolated signings amount to 10M can't say, but it'll be millions for sure. Ward's getting buttfukked for real now.

 

Who says, that the promoter is always the bad guy? If there is a contract, Ward has to deal with it, like every other employee.

 

Now that's a promising career flushed down the drain.

 

Considering what Goosen did for Ward in the S6 I'm inclined to lean on his side ..
