    Round 2

Montes is sticking the jab out at long range and bringing it back to put on earmuffs. Bone is circling quickly to his left and tossing up 1-2s and left hooks while dipping over inward and to his left. Bone is scoring well, countering every time Montes jabs and making him back up. Bone is sliding in, keeping a low center of gravity, leading with rights and throwing left hooks while bent aside. Montes is countering with stiff jabs and long lashing rights. Left hook on the body by Montes after Bone circles away with his upper body in a defensive lean at medium-close range.

    10-9 Bone

    19-19

    Round 3

Montes is whipping left hooks into the ear of Bone while backing away from poking jabs on the stomach. 1-2-3 by Bone rushing in, the straights hitting Montes' chest and the hook on his bicep just inches from his chin. Montes winds up a 1-2 but gets interrupted with Bone climbing up with a left hook that cuffs him on the temple as he quickly retracts his gloves and covers up.

    10-9 Bone

    29-28 Bone

He was already fading a little bit, wasn't really his absolute prime when that bout occurred.

In all fairness, SRR has been down many times, at times vs underwhelming opposition.

Ward is far better than you think he is

Also, they are in different divisions. That was a MW bout. Ward's a SMW.

    Round 4

Bone lets a throwaway jab go past Montes' cheek and comes down the pipe with a quick right hand lying in wait as Montes opens up with his counter jab. The counter-counter stuns Montes but he stays in with Bone, shaking it off and edging forward. Bone circles and pops the jab into Montes' guard. Double jab up high and hard scooping right on the body by Bone. Montes is coming forward as Bone dials him like a rotary phone, gliding all around the ring and springing up from a crouch with flush left hooks.

    10-9 Bone

    39-37 Bone
