    Montes is walking forward, ducking when Bone springs up off his toes with a 1-2, and getting caught slumped forward a moment too long as Bone throws a parting left hook moving backward, adding extra torque with his knees still bent. Bone is circling rapidly to his left, floating around Montes and throwing light straight flurries into the guard whenever both feet alight on the mat. Montes is sticking hard jabs walking forward as Bone jumps all over the ring. BIG HOOKING EXCHANGE IN THE LAST FIVE SECONDS! Bone caught, slightly wobbled! Bone keeps throwing, more than Montes.

    Like Atlas said, Bone really needs to learn to turn over his punches. For Montes to not have been stunned or wobbled after all he took isn't so much a testament to him having a good chin, it's more of Bone not having great technique or pop. Do look forward to seeing him again though and seeing how his chin looks against someone who can set up his punches better than Montes.

    According to Grisham, his management never intended for Bone to get to where he is today (with his record, or co-headlining on FNF). He was originally meant to be a professional opponent they would feed to prospects but he kept beating guys he was supposed to lose to and so he earned his current position as being a prospect himself, the hard way, after his management shrugged and decided to actually feature him since he kept undoing their plans. Can't beat 'em, support 'em. :yep

    I think it was both.

    Erick Bone clearly doesn't have a lot of natural raw power, but Montes is also teak-tough.
