Based on what? Scraping a win over Provodnikov, most thought he lost that fight. Prior to this nobody had ever heard of Aligeiri. The guy has zero power yet you think he beats the proven Maidana? Even Ortiz now would beat him. The guy is a 140lb fighter with a half decent jab and if you think he stands a chance against your favorite fighter thats not saying much for pac.

Danny Garcia is a pound for pound ranked fighter, like it or not. The guy beat Matthysee last year. No chance does Aligeiri have any tools to stand with Garcia or Khan or any fighters of that callibre.

Pac will absolutely crush this guy within 2 or 3 rounds tops. Jabs and zero power wont stop Pac, he is an elite level fighter. Aligieri is b-c level, you cant say he is any better as he has only ever fought at that level.

I concur. Though I have a strong feeling Algieri is just capitalizing on his 15 minutes, riding the whirlwind after his arguable win over Provo. I imagine it could turn into a snore fest rather quickly as Algeiri runs for his life taking a few lefts. :scaredas:

Now once again, I am rooting for Algeiri and I think there is a way he can win this fight.....but in no way at all did any of the the plans of how he could win involve getting a knockout....that **** ain't gonna happen....I'm trying to type this with a straight face man but this is some funny ****....

Intelligent, great shape, lots of heart and iron chin. Vs grade 3 grad, old, overrated, no heart, and no chin PAC. Don't give PAC much of a chance.

 

This is hilarious, PAC fans saying PAC could well lose this due to how good algieri is (desperately trying to justify this mismatch, although algieri is a good fighter mind you) and floyd fans predicting PAC will be KO'd (as they always do no matter who the opponent is).

From reading the posts in this thread id be expecting PAC to be a 50/1 underdog if I didn't already know who he was.

PAC UD or late stoppage.
