Serious question about PED use in boxing?

    First of all, they was at an all time high due to the controversy about the drug testing and Golden Boy's changing of the dates to stop USADA from testing, GBP using their own testing bodies, Kenny Porter telling Malignaggi Shawn won't be tested, and Kenny Porter then saying he requested the testing. Not hard to figure out?

    Do you not understand my quote? I was pointing out the hypocrisy because people said Mayweather was putting up roadblocks against Pacquiao by requesting tests.

    In other words, why was Mayweather accused of using PED testing as a method to duck Pacquiao, but Brook wasn't accused of using PED testing as a method to duck Porter?

    Because Brook didn't demand it. He merely asked for it- and because Matchroom won the purse bid, they have a right to request it. There is a difference. And when Porter said yes, Brook didn't tell him to leave his promoter or other such lark.

    Surely you could've figured that out for yourself?

    Drugs pervade almost every sport and have for 40-50 years.

    I hate drugs but it is the norm, make it legal because all the top and bottom pros use it.

    :nono People would be on all sorts of ****, athletes would be found dead daily. Look at pro wrestlers, **** loads of them die in their 30 or 40. And a lot of PEDs have some extremely bad side effects none only to those but those around them (i.e. roid rage). Poorly thought out solution.

    Nothing borderline about it. It's criminal imo. We all know there should be stronger testing. But no one really seems to want to do anything about it on a worldwide scale.
