His team started looking and negotianting with others fighters las week so nothing is official, they are candidates and the date that HBO separated for Cotto is not PPV, so your information is dead wrong.

:bbbI doubt if any fighter is capable of fighting a epic legendary war every time out. Why deny Cotto his complementary cream puff.

Cotto hasn't had a good win against a healthy top fighter since 2007 and that is indisputable. This guy is so over rated it's ridiculous.

Since Margarito 1, his BEST win is Clottey FFS. He has lost badly to every good fighter he faced. Trout absolutely clowned him.

Oh but wait, let me guess... Freddy did for Cotto what Jesus (aka Robert Garcia) did for Maidana right? I actually like Cotto, he seems like a genuine good guy and I cheer for him... but I'm also realistic.

You can find something to criticize in every current fighter in boxing .

Ive criticize practically everyone by now . Even Miguel himself...

But if you truly believe that when you say "Miguel Cotto is soo overrated " Then at least 90% of fighters today in boxing are completely mediocre then .

There's nothing official, but Lee is the frontrunner. And the fight is on regular HBO (as of the last time I read).

Some consider Miguel an ATG, so that is what I refer to. He was a very good fighter... but he has been in way to many wars and is clearly not what he once was. If he was as good as people say he is and is all about fighting the best, then why is even considering fighting a guy who isn't even rated in the top 15 by the WBC?? Doesn't sound like a warrior to me.

Cotto was a cherrypick gone wrong for Sergio, now he'll be remembered only as the guy Cotto beatdown.
So I would love for him to pick Lee and be embarrassed or stopped, it would feel oddly appropriate.

It's really a bunch of BS. anyone remember the days when Roy Jones Jr and Lennox Lewis would fight on HBO?
