Quigg should seek a new promoter, IMO.

Slag Frampton off all you want for fighting Kiko (who has improved a ton), but Quigg can't even get a fight!

Hearn, IMO, has done a terrible job with Scott. Scott could do a lot worse than try to get in with TR or GB.

    Agree?

It's getting harder and harder to defend Hearns "promotion" of Quigg!

    OP is right.

Do you think this show will be pulled? There are no big undercard fights and quigg has no opponent

not many care about these bantamweight divisions sadly theres no huge money in flyweights or bantamweights,

    featherweights yes, bantamweights no.

I think Quigg can be very happy with Hearns' accomplishments.

He got a (bogus ok) interim WBA strap fighting a soft countryman. Then he could upgrade it to (again bogus) ' regular' against a pretty soft Cuban (Draw), and defend it against a complete bum (was that a replacement?).
After that he got another easy touch and now another short notice replacement wich will probably end up being some fall guy who's happy to get a decent paycheck.

The way I see it he can be very happy with the way things progress until the inevitable moment when he gets Cleverly'd.

I heard a little whisper that Joe G and fast car aren't the best of pals at the moment so u never know..I think if Eddie can't get a deal done for frampton soon then Quigg might consider if he has any better options.

I think a conversation needs to be had, he's a good boxer and his opponents are way below par. He is in a tough division though and Hearn knows he's loses to the proper champions in the division if he faces them.

Pretty much, there are 4/5 guys (including Quigg and Frampton) who are relevant in the division and that's it, beyond them and nobody gives a crap.

He's tough to promote as it is. Limited (as far as 'world champs' go) and lacking personality. Nice guy, though.

i reckon eddie has done a smashing job on him hes regular WBA champ , say for instance he was with FW hed probably be fighting for european title. Would like to see frampton v quigg in the future but its whether Eddie could organise that for him. Not really a fan of Gallacher think he tries to steal the limelight a bit from his fighters

Quigg should stay where he is.

As far as promoters go in the UK at the moment, Fast Car & Matchroom are leading the way. His fights will continue to be shown on Sky Sports which is the biggest platform to perform on in the UK. Also call it a paper world title or whatever, but the fact remains Hearn still delivered it for him.

Quigg is a talented fighter and by all accounts a gym rat.. the only downside if you want to call it for him is although he comes across as a nice lad, he doesn't have the 'personality' to bring a lot of attention.

Quigg v Frampton will happen in my opinion, hopefully sooner rather than later. I think it's a fight Frampton wins, but it will enhance Quigg's reputation & name.

    Nope.

The level of opponents he is facing under Hearn are no better than who he'd be facing under ******.

I see Solaris (the troll) has avoided this thread...
