There are other examples too but this is boxing, professional fighters hitting each other are going to hurt each other.

The term 'glass jaw' gets thrown around by idiots all the time but no Mayweather doesn't have one. It's neither the same granite Oliver McCall's chin is made of either.

Ok the let the other fighter hit their opponent when they're in that position then. Then we'd have no doubt seen Jr.s clock cleaned.

Antonio Margarito was hit countless times flush by Sugar Shane while roided up, before being stopped.
Floyd got hit flush once by a clean Shane and would have gone down had he not held on to Mosley for dear life. So yeah he may be packing glass.

Don't think any man in this era can knock him down, maybe in all eras. The man's defense is the greatest, + his chin. Cast granite.

He does not have a glass jaw he has a good chin but he does not have a iron chin for someone to labeled as having a iron chin he needs to be hit a lot more times then Mayweather has been before we can say he has a iron chin.

Floyd wouldn't make it out of the first round with margarito's inferior skills. Even cotto took plenty of those right hands from Shane without buckling like floyd and cotto doesn't have a great chin.

He's been caught flush many times in his career and he's never been knocked down, 18 years in the game. Speaks volumes. Against top opposition, 23-0 in world title fights.

I agree i said he has a good chin but for me to say a fighter has a iron chin he has to be hit really a lot Floyd has a above average chin but his chin is not iron and saying a fighter was never knocked down does not mean he has a iron chin it depends on many factors the caliber of fighters the fighter fought and so on.

Vitali was never hit much either, he was hit hard vs Lewis and Sanders in r1.

Does that mean he doesn't have a cast granite jaw? No

He's proven it just like Floyd has.

You don't need to get your brains bashed in every time to prove your iron jaw. As long as you prove it under certain circumstances, it is more than enough.
