There's no more reason to believe Floyd has used than there is to believe Pac has. 1 is rumored to have failed 3 tests, the other flat out didn't want to take tests for his biggest pay day. I wouldn't be surprised if either one comes up dirty in the future.

No one truly knows if either pac or floyd are roiding but pac did straight out deny testing and the whole trying to negotiate a cut off date casted a lot of suspicion on pac. *******s are going to argue "why does he have to take Floyds home made test" , however floyd did state that all he is asking is that the test is random and up to osdt protocol ( blood & urine) & it didn't have to be usada. When Manny offered the 24 day cut off and floyd denied team pac walked away. Then team floyd, in efforts to save the fight offered a whole 2 weeks cut off (14 days) to try and accommodate pac's "suspicions", pac still refused.

There's tons of smoke around the Floyd camp as well, just no hard evidence. For example, contrary to your disinformation above, Rafael claims Floyd settled just as Pac's lawyers requested his test records, to follow up on the rumors of him failing A sample 3x. Then there's the whole charade of working only with USADA, with their non disclosure clauses. Then there's multiple TMT/Mayweather gym guys caught dirty, never by USADA, always by the commission. Then there's Floyd making guilty faces and denying he knows about TRT when his friend and former manager peddles testosterone pellets, the kind TMT's Mickey Bey was caught using...

 

He brings a lot of the negative attention on himself, and sadly, he does resort to trash talking his rival to sell his fights. But it works for him, he's the highest paid athlete, can you blame him?
