Well, didn't Team Pac point the finger without hard evidence? Otherwise, there would have been no settlement to begin with.

And, I don't know for sure because I don't pay attention to posters' names, but I'm guessing you have been one who has particularly attempted to discredit Mayweathers' win over Alvarez routinely bringing up and because of the 152 pound CW while probably not having done the same for Pacquiao's CW fights with Cotto 145, Margarito 150, JMM 144, and Algieri 144.

So, you are what you claim you hate. And you don't realize it. And you will claim not to be in your response to this. You are fooling no one.

Saying event B followed event A is quite obviously insufficient to establish anywhere near cause and effect, particularly since the settlement came 2-3 months after the request for records rather than immediately thereafter.
VADA didn't even exist when Mayweather started testing and NSAC wasn't the least bit interested in doing random testing of any sort. Who pray tell should he have used?

His guys who were caught hadn't been tested by USADA; this isn't the least bit damning. Unless of course you also considered Roach's past working with cheats as relevant evidence for determining Pacquiao's guilt.

    Guilty faces?? Well I'm convinced!

Where did Dan get his sources? Again its stated that it was not confirmed and rumor. If we stick to facts then will find that pac has often bit his own tongue when being asked about peds. It's easy to create and believe the rumors we want when it fits our agenda, but let's stick to facts.

No but all we're talking about is smoke. Insider Dan Rafael smells smoke there.

Ok but once a more effective and cheaper alternative appeared in the form of VADA, why insist on USADA? Non disclosure clause perhaps?

Strange this PED crusader doesn't wanna clean his house first. Also strange that the commission is busting these cheats, and so far USADA found one abuser, and allowed the dirty fighter in the ring.

You believe FMJ doesn't know about TRT? Gotcha

The FACT is Floyd settled the case because the court system was putting pressure on him to do something. Floyd never once even showed up for any of the court dates and they were getting frustrated.

Only morons spread the rumor about him not showing test records that are made PUBLIC immediately following all events. Those dumb ass clowns requested medical records which are private. Once people grasp that private medical records and public test records are completely separate from one another most will grasp that no one would release their medical records to public figures.

It's pretty sad that I have to explain this nonsense almost weekly and some still can't get it

Before first negotiations failed, floyd said it didn't have to be usada, he said that he just wants the osdt process. The negotiations did not fell because he insisted on usada, it failed because pac did not agree with 14 day cutoff.

Team pac did not suggest vada, they suggested the nasc do testing.

What do you mean? It was a defamation suit, the evidence was on video and in print.

I don't mind catchweight that much, it's the hypocrisy that's disgusting. Though Floyd's is worse by objective standards. For one, Pac was coming up to his 7th division when he requested his first. Floyd ragged on Pac for it, discredited his Cotto win, then asked to unify belts in his 5th division at a CW and now defending that same SWW belt at 147 lol. I readily admit Pac's 8th belt was garbage, but lineal catchweight belts are a sham as well.

    I called this years ago.

He ''retires'' for 2 years and comes back same weight, more muscle mass and better condition. He suffers rage and paranoia from beating up women to screaming about Pacquaio over and over, these are 2 very common traits of PED abusers.

No doubt that he has been using and probably still is, shame he tried to tarnish Pac who proved to be clean.

That's cause VADA wasn't around, but they have since gotten NSAC to do Olympic style testing, and probably would have for a fight that big. That IIRC did not agree with Floyd.

Anyway, after Clottey and Pac's 1st congressional campaign, his team claimed they agreed to Floyd's demands. Floyd wasn't around to deny, he went on a lengthy, low key vacation. Left HBO's Greenburg confused, he thought he was mediating and making progress.
