Hasn't fought in 7 months and last time I heard, he's try to break free from TR.

I know the older Garcia fired that snake Ariza for whispering into Mikey's ears, but haven't heard anything from the Garcia clan since then.

It's really sad to see this talented kid fighting in count instead of fighting in the ring.

Mikey garcia is irrellevant just like ward. You get paid to fight but these guys wanna bite the hand that feeds them. Never fight your promoter cause you'll always lose. Hopefully other fighters don't make the same mistake.

exactly mikey garcia is getting put in his place just like donaire did.if these contracts are so bad the fighters have only themselves to blame for signing bad contracts.what are they paying their managers for.they need to fight and finish out their contracts and not just sit out and prolong it.

Mayweather and De La Hoya seemed to do just fine out of fighting with their promoters...

Yea you're talking about DE LA HOYA and MAYWEATHER. Two of the 3 biggest stars of boxing at that time. I'm talking about every other fighter that wouldn't have that luxury.

If the contract is that bad, and Mikey is such a great talent, you would think another promoter could buy him out of his contract and have him sign one with them. Why does this not happen, is it because the contract is not that bad (cost too much), Mikey not worth the trouble (can't see this one) or a legality issue?
