You Europeans aren't doing that much better either outside of Wladimir Klitscko. Lets see. You have blueberry dough boy (Alex Povetskin) who got his **** pushed in by Marco Huck and that tall sack of **** that punches himself in the face and gets rocked by feather fisted cruiserweight Steve Cunningham (Tyson fury). These are your so called bigger and better heavyweights.:roflatsch
That doughboy is getting in pretty great shape now, since he gave up the culinary masterpieces of russian/eastern european cuisine, and stuck to the proper diet. He looked like a proper heavyweight in his last fight when he demolished Charr. Tyson Fury - no comments. He is a wanker. Marco Huck is ours. Glazkov is ours. Adamek ours. Boytsov (that burned through his prime and is now irrelevant) is ours. Most euros are in great shape and take training seriously
Thank you very much, you just proved my point. One is a glass chin cruiserweight whom Vitali towered over, and the rest are fat sack of shits plodders, one of which rocked and knocked down Vitali.:roflatsch Ladies and gentlemen. This is you top ten heavyweight and all time great chin warrior according to some fan boys. Herby Hyde, Corrie Sanders, Kirk Johnson, Sam Peter, Chris Areolla. These right here are Vitali's greatest victory besides getting his face caved up by Lennox Lewis.:-patsch
I have class in the morning. I'm going to bed. Herby Hyde, Corrie Sanders, Kirk Johnson, Sam Peter, Chris Areolla LoL.
your lack of boxing knowledge is starting to get annoying. Kirk Johnson was supposed to be a top heavyweight, and had an amazing record prior to his fight with Vitali. Besides, regardless of their weight, the point was : these guys can bang. I hope your class in the morning is on logic. Your ability to stay on track and follow simple arguments is lacking.
I hope it will still be ok in a couple of years, when Vitali will try to become the oldest heavyweight champ in history.
Vitali was dropped as a kid in kickboxing.... when he was 20-40 lbs lighter than he was in his prime. Klitschko detractors are ridiculous. Vitali has a great chin, never dropped once in his pro career and he ate shots that would KO 99% of heavyweights, yeah his chin is definitely overrated.
Vitali Klitschko is an Iron Chinned Warrior and the only way to beat him is through injury. He can't be KOed.
The punch that Sanders landed on him proved that he can take a punch, and that punch still knocked Vitali off balance and stunned him. That punch would have knocked any heavyweight out, it was that short and strong
no you clown, being heavier does help with your punch resistance, that's part of the reason why there are weight classes in boxing atsch And Pavlik has a great chin for his weight class, but not if he was fighting at HW. I will give yoy though that as you move up in weight, the power of your opponents goes up more drastically than your punch resistance
This is what lies behind my thinking. And Lewis, while a decent puncher, was not exactly Foreman or Tyson. Bottom line, Vitali didn't face the kind of punchers that would make it possible to rank him with the Chuvalos or McCalls, or even Muhammad Ali. He's a level below these guys, along the order of Tyson when it comes to chin strength.
