Ok if that's true, Floyd would have no say so on if they could get the results.. Even if he did say no, how can you blame him for usda not releasing them? Floyd is not the ceo of usda.. Say usda didn't release the results not Floyd.. I mean if this was true and all...

If the tests are negative, what the hell was Pac's camp looking for? All it takes is a negative result to pass.

Ok Mr tedious hairsplitter. Who the hell said he settled next day? That happens in cartoons. He was given X days (75, 120, whatever) to produce the records. Never did, settled instead. It was probably the last significant motion in the lawsuit, and well connected Rafael sees a correlation. Your sources disagree?

And as I said, only VADA can be relied on to notify the commission of any failed tests.

It is different, VADA has actually prevented cheaters from entering the ring by notifying the commission. USADA never has, and has a long record of controversies and irregularities.

Sure thing bud. Speaking of credulity, tell me again how it's perfectly plausible Floyd never heard of TRT.

It was an unusual request. When was the last precedent, 15 years ago? If nobody was prepared to handle this but the guys on Floyd's payroll, that's also an unusual request.

It certainly was, from day 1 Arum was distrustful of USADA and its cozy relationship with Floyd. That's only natural, in no respectable sport do athletes and their teams hire testing agencies. There must be an adversarial relationship between the 2, impossible here when one side is on another's payroll.

The rumor was that Floyd had 3 A samples test positive, and was then waived B sample testing on medical exception grounds or such. Like testosterone deficiency, what Peterson tried to pull when he got busted for TRT. But Peterson was tested by VADA, who wasn't on his payroll, and appears less cooperative when it comes to suppressing info

yes he does, it's his record. floyd could also get a copy and release it, kill the rumors.

...'til then floyd and his fans should stop portraying him/himself as the PED crusader.

I guess Floyd is just paying everyone off, huh? The judges, the ref, the commission, USADA, Pacquiao, Canelo, Maidana, 50 Cent, Brittney Spears. It's funny, people can't explain things so they resort to conspiracy theories.

"'til then floyd and his fans should stop portraying him/himself as the PED crusader"

So you should stop portraying him as a PED user then, right? Goes both ways, innocent until proven guilty. Because for all we know, Pacquiao's camp could've paid that guy to write that article, which is why it never went anywhere. If Mayweather can pay people off, Pacquiao can too.

Dumb. It's not even controversial that USADA is on his payroll. It's not like he's paying them off under the table, they have a contract. And in the contract there's a non disclosure clause, which is pretty standard in other lines of business, but makes drug testing a joke. I mean, who do you think is paying their steep fee?

What they mean by "on the payroll" is that what Floyd tells them, they do because Floyd pays them...

What you mean by "on the payroll" is Floyd employed them to do their job.. Big difference bro...

And added a non disclosure clause. That's only prudent, but defeats the purpose of drug testing. There's a super obvious conflict of interest here.
