When Marcos Maidana shocks the world and Tarver's Mayweather, and Algieri shocks the world and schools Manny Pacquiao, when they repeat the feats again in further rematches the world will be wanting a Maidana v Algieri battle for the crown of pound for pound number 1 in about a year.

    Who wins?

not happening, marcos is not beating floyd. otherwise, why could the super-middleweight version not crush floyd like a rat then? thats the question!!

    Money Mayweather's time is up.

    PacMan Pacquiao's time is up.

Marcos Maidana and Chris Algieri's time is now.

Ricky Hatton will come out of retirement to fight the winner and have a third crack at pound for pound glory, and this time, he will succeed. :deal

i could see maidana koing floyd....

but algeiri has 0 chance vs. pacquaio, he's not on that level.....

he's not mixed it with that caliber of opposition.... pacquiao cruises past him.

Algeria ain't ****. He squeaked by the overrated one dimensional ruslan and was getting dropped all over the place

But Maidana's best win was over a one dimensional coddled hype job in Broner too in fairness...

    Mayweather falls in September
    Golovkin falls in October
    Pacquiao falls in November

The boxing world will be in shambles:deal

Possibly, then when Brook Pacquiao's the Maidana v Algieri winner, Ricky Hatton can come out of retirement for a domestic dust up and third shot at p4p number 1. :deal

If you think about it, there could be a very little chance but I don't want to entertain the idea of this fantasy fight results. They could fight each other even if they both lose their fights. That's Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather we are talking about and there's no shame in losing to them. As a matter of fact, if you make it tough you get all the credit.

Pacquiao has already fell but its quite evident that he can make comebacks after comeback. I am not real sure how Mayweather and Golovkin would handle their first loss.

Maidana's rose to fame is not because of his wins, but of his ability to make any fight interesting at any odds.
