Both would look bad, but only one would result in additional damages.

Now you're quoting Montoya lol. I thought he was totally discredited? I could be quoting Hauser to the contrary. It's not missing the forest for the trees, how many times does it need to be said: only one agency has shown the willingness to disclose any dirty tests to the commission. So far under USADA testing exactly 0 cheaters have been prevented from entering the ring.

It was still unusual, but where do you get this unwillingness from? They said they agreed to 7 days or better, Floyd went on long vacation.

Only one side has a cozy, long term relationship with USADA, and can be relied on to bring them more business. Notice that GBP wanted to vet the test results for Peterson and Berto, neither of whom was promoted by GBP. You're right about the generals, however VADA has busted a Conte client, while USADA has busted 0 GBP/TMT fighters, and been implicated in several irregularities.

Your exploited hero pacman RAN from the biggest fight in HISTORY because he couldn't pass random testing.

His team wanted JMM and Shane tested but refused soon as both parties demanded Pactrash take the tests too.:deal:deal:deal

Oh and thanks for referring me to that article. It's very exhaustive on USADA's irregularities, including Morales Garcia:

So probably not what you intended, but at least you've found an admirer in this thread, this ALT maggot.

I THINK THIS IS CLEARLY A CASE OF "HE WHO SMELT IT DEALT IT".. MAYWEATHER Played A BIG MONEY GAME.. THEN WHEN CALLED bluff on HIS OWN ACCORD HE RAN... I THINK HE FIGURED THAT IF SOMEONE ELSE WAS GREAT ENOUGH TO PUT THAT BEATDOWN on HIM THEY HAD TO BE On SOMETHING BETTER THAN WHAT HE WAS ON....

This is the same company that hounded a white national hero then caught him and hung him out to dry. People really think they would let a black athlete slide?

Well it took them like 10 years to catch him, and only after whistleblowers came forward. And they weren't even on Lance's payroll, unlike here. You think they hound him if their contract was with Lance, with a non disclosure clause, as opposed to getting hired by the cycling body?

When Pacquiao sued Floyd, he requested the release of his medical records. Rather than hand over his records, Floyd paid up in an out of court settlement.

His stable of fighters fail test after test, the man is a convicted criminal, it would be no surprise at all if he was juicing at various times during his career.

Part of being ATG is having immense courage that sets you apart from the average...........................i am talking about courage all true ATG champions have something inside them that makes them not settle or give up..................

honeslty in all of his career i have never seen this coward show courage i will give you folks a example in the first casto fight going into the 12th round nearly everyone had casto winning a true atg at that time would of gone out in the last round for the knockout what did our dear little friend duckweather do he RAN yes RAN...............:patsch

ultimately to be a true ATG you need to have courage that sets you apart from the rest and duckweather has not shown it.

You've got to be kidding, right?

Say what you will about Floyd's personal life, his courage inside the ring can't be questioned.
