Wtf? You sound butthurt. Nobody said anything about Floyd paying anybody off. He has a full on contract with Usada that allows him to suppress positive tests, simple

That mean you can't answer my question...

If someone was on my payroll, they better do what I say.. If not, why are they on the "payroll" And don't act like you haven't heard who Floyd pays off...

Damn are you stupid. Thats the whole point, they are on his payroll so they do what they're contractually allowed: notify Floyd of any failed tests and not the commission

    You can't call anybody stupid.

The USADA does not hide results from anybody...they are made public.

If they were hiding results, that dirtly little dog-eater Manny would be using them:lol:..

 If they were on Floyd's payroll, they would be employees of Floyd.. Which means Floyd would be their boss..

Let's just forget the definition of payroll to get to my next point.. You say they do what they're contractually allowed right? This thread is about them allowing Floyd to use PEDs or keeping the positive test results quiet right? So that means the contract with Floyd allowed them to hide results and excuse some PED use?

No **** dumbass. Many contracts have non disclosure clauses that prevent release of info to third parties. Thats the case here, any positive test is relayed to Floyd only, who then decides what to do with it. A massive conflict of interest

 Now that I've read the whole thing, this sound even dumber.. Floyd bypassed the commission testing by doing his own testing? So he axed the commission out of knowing his results too? So no one know his results but Floyd then.. Why would Floyd pay for test knowing he took PEDs? So how did it get out? Floyd wouldn't tell on himself if he came up with the brilliant plan that allowed him to not show even the boxing commission his test results.. USDA tells Floyd he failed PED test like he doesn't know.. Sounds like a waste of money bro...
