I think it is unlikely that peds would be administered via a shake. Even if it was a liquid oral steroid, it would be easily detected and the problem with all oral steroids is that they are normally not actual test based, so they make the athletes test levels crash. He would have to be taking test suspension shots or some kind of other way they administer test.

Also they wouldn't be able to measure how much he is taking as if you mix 5ml of something into a 500 ml shake, how can you be sure that it is all getting absorbed?
