    Here's a fact

Marquez was very comfortable at that weight class

If he wasn't, then why'd he challenge May at WW?

If he felt he was cheated, then why doesn't he challenge May noW?

He said he wants none of him and they should go their own separate ways. He's very scared of May.

Fact is: Duran was never comfortable there and had bad eating habits... he looked smaller and that was a fight he never should have won. :deal

Floyd already has a great legacy, but retiring undefeated would make it even better.

he was getting a career high payday
Duran fought 8 times in two years at that weight sometimes even coming in over the limit

Marquez had to move up 2 weight division and a year before was 3 weight divisions below

    these are the facts

takes away the "zero" on the end of his record...so of course it would hurt it a bit

Floyd hyped himself up because of his "0", having a loss is not really a big deal and only a issue to himself.

A loss would cause the unstable egomaniac to self implode. He'd do a Hamed after Barrera cleaned his clock. He's cheated, cherry picked stolen & ducked to protect his beloved 0. Though anywhere else but Vegas he'd have 2 losses already & he knows it

I hate when people say Floyd's age is no excuse because of Hopkins.. People act like fighting in their 50s is the new standard instead of an incredible accomplishment.. Hopkins only proved that it can be done, not that everyone should be able to do it...

Being a coward with a zero means far less than a real fighting champion with a couple of losses. Ali & Sugar Ray Robinson both lost are they not the Greatest of all Time!!!! ???

Getting knocked out by a fighter who couldn't stop Amir Khan would affect his standing...BADLY. I don't know how his ego would allow him to deal with a loss as he has built himself up around that undefeated record.
