I felt maybe you are cross with me cos I (correctly) saw that martin Murray , when he first appeared, was being ridiculously overrated, I said so, and some of his fans fell out with me as a result.

I don't know where you get the impression that I say things like " Carl rules at 122" and "LSC has to fight him next" etc....you are quite wrong there.

The whole Murray discussion is long ago i cant remember callig him elite or anyhong and certainly woildnt hold a grudge with someeone who disagreed...its a forum.

You and Second both iterated LSC has so to fight Carl next ur to frustrations in the media over his opponent choices but the fact is Haymon will decide. You and others say he is the draw but if he is,his supporters will follow wherever he goes and Belfast can't provide as much money as the States and could it as much as Manchester on Sky I wonder?

Cheers MUFC30..as you say it's a forum. But honestly I never said LSC HAS to fight Carl next ...and I don't think STN did either.
I think we were trying to make the point that LSC. And Scott need to fight SOME live body very soon...not specifically Carl though.

LSC and Quigg do need to step it up,but someone,somewhere doesn't want them to it seems.

Though in fairness Hearns offer to LSC has never been disputed by them so maybe Hearn did try for it. He does seem to focusing one option and pursue it to me rather than pursue 2 or 3 to the point where they are all but agreed which leaves him struggling to find decent opponents when that one focus rejects or falls through.
Not saying its easy to work with a few at a time...but that's his job?
I could be wrong of course but might be a reason Quiggs opp has been poor in the main

 

Do people not know that Frampton has a good profile down south? I live down the South of Ireland and honestly all my mates know who Carl Frampton is, we've gone up to the last 3 Frampton shows and a lot of these guys wouldn't follow much boxing. Carl's been on prime time tv, the biggest show in the country and his fights are covered in many media outlets down here. Frampton right now would easily sell out the O2 and that's 14k, i'v no doubt win a world title have a fight down south and he could fill a stadium against LSC.

 

I didn't know that but again,will LSC come over? I don't think so
