PAC agreed to random testing.....which is adequate for this level of testing. Just look at the statistics. Floyd was hell bent on blood testing for whatever reason that made absolutely no sense given how aggressive he wanted the invasive testing... All the way up to the day of the fight? Floyd should have just said he just didn't want the fight and people with common sense would have gotten the same message. *****s.......c'mon..... Your better than that.
