the routine is normally:
walk in, grab 8-10 pound weights and do 6 laps in the parking lot
then put on handwraps and do a sequence of stretches and ab exercises
then we do shuffles to practice coordination
then we put on gloves and the trainer yells out numbers which are certain punches and combos that we have to do

 

Damn right you also get a bit extra welfare for being disabled
