You should watch the Hearns fights if you think SRL is a runner, and when I see Floyd beat a fighter like Hearns I'll give him all the props in the world, but guess what?

    It's not happening.

And nobody truly thinks Floyd would ever have gotten in the ring with Hagler, he won't even get in the ring with Pac.

He's certainly in the top 3. Pac, Floyd, Hopkins in whatever order you like, but they're all pretty close.

what????? leonard was on the gas pedal until he attacked hearns and his suspect chin. don't even get me started on the "no mas" fight. but i don't see any of the fab-four outboxing floyd especially after he gets into his rhythm. the only way to beat floyd is if u smother him, nobody outboxes him IMO. he's the best technical boxer i've seen on film and a lot of trainers agree with that, anyone that disagrees with that is either a hater, or they just like to cling on to the nostalgic black and white days. TBE :bbb

****** Buffett, perennially ranked among the world's richest men, lives a lifestyle that hasn't changed much since before he before he made his billions. He is often referred to as the world's greatest investor, and his long-term track record suggests the title is well deserved. He is also legendarily frugal, residing in the same house in Omaha, Nebraska, that he bought in 1958 for $31,500. He is well known for his simple tastes, including McDonald's hamburgers and cherry Coke, and his disdain for technology, including computers and luxury cars. Underlying his legend is one simple fact: Buffett is a value investor. It's the hallmark trait of both his professional and personal success.

I've had this discussion too many times over the years. Here are a couple of threads on this that pretty much cover it all.

I understand floyd having to have confidence in himself its just required because boxing is a very dangerous sport and a fighter cannot be doubting himself in the ring.

Floyd has ducked ever boxer in the business for the last six years and faught only these big slow brawlers.

Then to go back and look at lengendary fighters that paved the way for his sorry ass. Floyd has never had to put up with half the bull**** that Ali, Robinson, or Jack Johnson did.

Floyd nobody is impressed with your record. Anyone that has looked critically at your record can see what you are doing. I bet the last time you fought a competivie fighter was castillo and you did loose to him on your comeback.

Why is it necessary for you to tear down great fighters to make yourself look good. News flash it pisses people off and makes you look like a decaying turd.

I actually think Floyd'd points are pretty valid. Ali's inability to score a clear win over Norton hurts his career. His loss to Leon Spinks was absolutely HORRIBLE.

you floyd dick riders are delirious.

You don't see anyone from the fab four beating him?

Floyd has never fought at 160lbs but you think he would beat one of the all time top 5 at that weight? give it a rest

Hearns and Leonard both outbox floyd, with Hearns more than likely stopping him.

I suppose with Duran vs Floyd, the higher the weight the better the chance Floyd would have. But even then I can't see him landing enough clean shots to outweigh all of durans good work

If Floyd struggles with Maidana adn Castillo i don't see how anyone thinks he can beat Duran, Roberto Duran is Floyd's worst nightmare.

u fab-four dick riders disgust me.. floyd is more technically sound than both hearns and leonard(better defense, higher ring iq, better accuracy etc), they just hit harder than him. so how exactly would they outbox arguably the best technician ever?
