Isn't that pushing it.

Honestly, it's very hard to pick a winner in this fight. I thought Shumenov would beat Hopkins, and Hopkins completely outclassed him.

Granted, Shumenov didn't have a trainer, but still, he was a young, physically strong, champion.

If he was garbage, surely he wouldn't have been champ.

Either way, weak champion or not, Hopkins handled him with ease.

Kovelev brings more to the table, but he also tends to react in ways that incline me to believe he can be unsure of himself at times.

Hopkins is the best fighter at making an opponent not trust his instincts. Look at how he dismantled Pavlik mentally.

After the first few rounds, Pavlik had no chance. He didn't believe in himself.

Hopkins could do the same thing to Kovalev.

 

Good thread ive done a few of these, unbeaten in Lifetime Ban Bets and Only lost 1 month ban bet, you could say im the King of Boxing Predictions!
