while froch lacks handspeed, his timing is a strength, 1 of his underrated attributes. his balance is reasonable, too. and that 2nd statement is utter bollocks. he didn't get caught so much in the rematch because he wasn't clearing his head from squaring up to a monster shot in the opener. lb for lb it might take a few rounds but froch would feast on khan.
Froch is P4P number 1 in Britain, no two ways about it. Flop? 2 weight world champion, likely to win another strap up at WW to make it 3? Get a grip Khan dropped Collazo more than once? So he was hardly walking through his shots. Porter's power was/is overrated. I said this before the fight. He hadn't stopped anyone in 2 years or something like 5 fights prior to Paulie. I'd hope Brook beats Khan and as the old saying goes, timing beats speed. But for me personally, I just lean towards Khan should they meet soon down the line.
Khan is overhyped by a few posters on here. He's gutsy and game no doubt but he's never once been the man in his division and he struggles every time he steps up. Never will he be number 1 P4P in Britain or the world.

People comparing Froch to Khan, and Froch is nearly 10 years older than Khan..atsch I still think Khan 3 years left in him judge and compare them then. As in pure skill set Khan is the clear winner here, not going into too much detail but Froch gets away with alot of sometimes basic things due to his great chin and gets hit alot, Khan does not have that luxury and has to box with more discipline and has to get the basics right most of the time. Khan has to date not been outboxed by any fighter over the distance bar Peterson who was on PEDS and had 2 points added to his score in which he won that fight, this Khan under Virgil outscores him easy. But Andre Ward gave Froch a schooling in all departments lets not forget.
Froch may have been schooled by Ward but Ward is a top 3 P4P fighter. Khan on the other hand has been near decapitated in 2 of his 3 losses. Plus Prescott since the win has gone 7-6(3) and one of those stoppages was a DQ.
Bet you any money vs P4P No.1 Floyd Khan may lose but would never get a 12 round schooling like Froch did, Khan would win rounds.
Because Floyd is at the tale end of his career. Ward on the other hand is prime. Ward imo beats Froch 10 times out of 10. At this stage in his career Floyd will lose rounds but he still knows too much for Khan.

No it's not at all. Prior to the Floyd fight people were calling him a c level fighter, which whilst he isn't he isn't as good as Kessler or Abraham or even Johnson. Yes he has improved vastly since the Khan fight but remember Alexander made easy work of him.
