    as long as he fights outside of america just four times stays and can go 47 - 0 he will be better than joe , get two legends pushing 50 out work them and boom probably the best smw ever by some people standards

    Amms and pros are two different things and home advantage is very significant as well as being home fighter. Tell me which home fighter lost in the S6 at home?

    The hate for Calzaghe on here is unreal.

    FUN FACT    - Calzaghe fought outside his home country more times than Ward fought outside his home state- and a higher % of his fights.

    Ward has never fought outside the US full stop too. Why doesn't he come to England and fight Froch, why didn't he go to Canada and fight Bute, or go to Canada now and fight Stevenson or Pascal? :think

    Regardless the size of the area, Ward is still fighting in his home state. When has Ward ever traveled to another fighters home state when he fought an American or their country when he's fought a foreign fighter? :think

    But Calzaghe has and traveled to different countries including the US and beat American heroes Hopkins and Jones. So your argument against Calzaghe is completely baseless. :hi:

    size does play apart as the boxing pool is larger and deep than the uk if you dont believe this then you cannot be helped :hi:

    Tell me how Roy was so shot?
    How was Roy the #6 LHW not a good win at LHW?
    Also consider how after Roy was stopped at CW by Green he was a suitable opponent for world rated LHW Hopkins who became Ring LHW champ again after and Hopkins needed time out before being able to continue against Jones
    I dont think many would call McIntyre as a great win but lets not forget that McIntyre was a late sub for A Echoles.
