Cancel my last, never realised Harrison was the 'poster boy' to the new Phoenix promotions etc - he'll not be fighting under another banner anytime soon I'd imagine, especially not as an away fighter...

I'd hazard a guess at the Emirates for a daft intercontinental title!

I was referring to a bill with just With Scott and Willie. If it was Scott v Ricky would need to be the hydro. Would sell 12,000

Me neither, and it would be a fascinating scrap. But in fairness Harrisons last fight against Walsh was quite a while ago now,and for Coyle he'd have to have at least one fight to shake off the rust, surely. He surprised me in that fight, but to have any kind of success he'd have to be active to get some momentum, and that doesn't look likely. The clock is ticking.

It's not a fear factor at all it's common sense! Ricky has just come off of being a 2 weight world champion looking to get his career back on track what has Scott done apart from losing to Walsh? the 2 guys before that were guys he should be beating to get himself rid of the ring rust.

Scott v Ricky would sell out the hydro Billy, it would capture the non boxing fans imagination in Scotland anyway. Would do 12 thousand easy.

I think your wrong, they struggled for 3,000 at Braehead and 2,000 for Scotts comeback at Kelvin Hall, I heard Scott done less that 500 tickets for the Burns V Mutchell fight

Maybe directly, it how many bought tickets because of Scott Harrison, more than that I would imaging. I am not talking about even just to see him. But how many we're swaying to go to bill and then quite late on the most successful world champion in Scottish history got added to bill and that swayed it in favour of them going. If Eddie Hearn promoted bill and build it up would sell any indoor arena in Scotland out especially if Ricky and Scott win their next fight respectivaly

I think if Scott is managed properly and strings together a few wins and gets some positive press then his crowds would grow.
No ones going to travel from Aberdeen or Inverness at present until he's proved himself worth going to see.
Scott doing well, sells tickets. Will he do well? Lets see.

I think Rickys jab would be the problem for Scott if they did fight, but when was the last time Ricky managed to get it working with any authority.
If Scott can get any kind of form together(Im sceptical), then not only does Burns v Harrison sell, its a real fight.

Scott Harrison would beat Coyle even now after been out for 18 months. I mean look at Coyle in his last two fights, he was very suspect against smaller men. The tiny Brizuela had him down four times with body shots and even the wee African novice had Coyle hurt in his last fight, so just imagine what Scott would do to him with his size and strength not to mention his experience?

Once Scott gets this comeback fight out of the way in Glasgow he would control Coyle and dominate him from start to finish should it ever happen.
