I would probably have Carlos Molina above Rodriguez Jr.

Wins over Takayama and Sabillo are great but the division is thin. Molina's performances against the likes of Chavez Jr, Lara, Cintron, Kirkland and Smith make him arguably the toughest guy on paper for Mayweather—the very best fighter in the world.

And I LOVE Miguel Vazquez. But LW is ****. I don't think his resume is better than Sosa's wins in that division or Gonzalez KO1 a pound-for-pounder (at least top 15, at the time) like Abner Mares.

    Here's I'd probably have it:

    01. Juan Manuel Marquez
    02. Juan Francisco Estrada
    03. Saul Alvarez
    04. Leo Sanra Cruz
    05. Edgar Sosa
    06. Jhonny Gonzalez
    07. Carlos Molina
    08. Miguez Vazquez
    09. Francisco Rodriguez Jr.
    10. Orlando Salido

Mares, per usual, is an anomaly.

Mikey GarcĂa is a pocho, I wouldn't rank him as a Mexican boxer.
