Roman Gonzalez is a fighter I am ashamed to say that I do not know enough about.

I am planning to watch some of his fights and so wanted to know if any posters have suggestions as to which ones I should start out with

I would advice to watch all his title fights plus his non title fight with Rodriguez Jr who is now a titlist.

If i were to choose three i would probably choose the Estrada fight which is one of the most technical fights of the last decade.

Watching him take apart a very good champion in Yaegashi who put on a good fight but was simply overmatched by Chocolatito's offensive brilliance is a must watch too.

The last of the three i would probably pick between his first fight with Rosas where he chose to go to war with Rosas and make it an exciting fight(The MD was BS though) or his fight with future title holder Katsunari Takayama.

If you have time watch all his title fights if not watch those three i think you'll end up a fan of his.

If I enjoy his style I will most definitely try to watch as many of his fights as I can find. I will start with those 3 and let you know what I think. Thanks :good

Are you just quoting Desperado for the sake of doing so or do you think Vargas didn't make it a very (surprisingly) close & entertaining affair with Gonzalez?

Estrada fight was unbelievable. Estrada is the best Mexican today in my opinion.
