That outburst actually convinces me more than ever that Mike was innocent of that alleged crime. He was absolutely livid over that guy mentioning that he was a convicted ******. I can only imagine what it would be like to have a label like that if you didn't deserve it, I would act the same way which is why I believe he's innocent.

 

The interviewer is the one being a piece of **** he lucky Tyson stayed as cool as he did

Yeah it was the interviewer being a piece of crap just like Mike said. He could've chosen far better words like "you were convicted of a felony crime" or "you were convicted of ****" (at worse) after an apologetic forewarning of what was about to be said. Instead, the guy just put it out there about as straight forward, rude, and blunt as possible as if he if he were just trying to be an ass and didn't have anything to worry about. Brought out the horns in Mike quit than a mutha...lol.

 

I would recommend anyone take a very good look at the evidence against Mike on his conviction.

 

Is anybody really surprised with his conduct? The guy has demonstrated quite clearly over the last 30+ years that he is a degenerate piece of ****.

 

Mike didn't **** that skank. He's admitted to doing a lot of stuff and would have admited to having raped her at this point in time if he really did.

I despise rapists but every time Mike talks about the conviction he is telling the truth. Either Mike doesnt believe he raped her or he didnt **** her.

Look at his behaviour after the conviction. The guy wouldnt even be in a room alone with a woman. After release he insisted on recording all ***ual encounters. During his trial he refused to take a 6 month plea. DW has falsely accused another man prior to Mike.

It's the way he said it which is the problem. You can bring up a touchy subject but you have to word it correctly. As an interviewer, you would think he would have more sense and understand the way to probe and approach questions. If you bring up a topic like that in such a blunt manner, there's not anywhere for it to go but downhill.

Mike has spoken about the subject before so it's not like he is afraid to talk about it but it's usually to people who give him room to express his feelings and not put it out there so bluntly.

 

Yeah, I am. Some guys would have sparked that interviewer. C'mon man, that question was an ambush designed to illicit a heated response.
How should he have reacted?
