Looks like a pretty fair list to me. I'd put Ioka ahead of Monster Inoue and Golovkin could perhaps get bumped down a few but other than that, it seems like a good list. Russia is in Asia, so Kovalev could make the list.

I'm not sure where Tepparith would rank in just a top 10 at 118 in all honesty. I'd have Yamanaka, Tomoki, Iwasa, Masauda, Omori, Suriyan and Tunacao ahead of him. Matsumoto*, Akaho, Pungluang, Petch, Pumicpic and Zhakiyanov aren't much behind him, if at all. *Matsumoto is at 115 according to the JBC but his future is at 118/122 and maybe even higher, he's a freak for a Super Fly
Retired, Duad Cino Yordan or Defry Palulu would be the only Indonesians were even thinking about and they'd be outside of the top 20 (Roy Muhklis wouldn't even be in the top 10 at 130 alone)
I guess it's been a while since Tepparith lost to Kono, and he hasn't done anything since, really... But before that upset loss, Tepparith was on a great run with victories over Daiki Kameda-Tomonobu Shimizu-Nobuo Nashiro consecutively going into that fight. He certainly was on this list before Kono took him out. Man, that boxrec search was disappointing. Would have expected Tepparith to have done something relevant as opposed to taking the Oleydong manner of rebuilding after losing their title.
His father was Russian and his mother is a Russian from Korean heritage, it's called "Koryo Saram" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koryo-saram). They were mostly from the part which belongs today to North Korea but they don't have much to do with Korean culture. Most Kazakhs I know who are from Korean heritage say their heritage is Korean but their heart and thinking is Russian.
