Should they have put together a better undercard considering the price of the PPV?

Its an OK undercard for a regular fight.
I am happy that Vazquez is on it tho.

But my opinion, no, it is a weak undercard.

Especially for Floyd of all people. I wont be paying for it. Off to the casino to watch for free with the lads.

Most undercards on PPV suck today. Too much $ to pay main attraction, too much politics to get good fighters together in the ring.
This card is not nearly worth the price.

    It's pretty poor...

Vazquez vs. Bey is acceptable for a "third" or "fourth" PPV fight if it had good fights around it. Santa Cruz is always action so I support him on PPV undercards always even though this is his weakest opponent in a while. Angulo would be acceptable if fighting someone better like Vanes or something, but not his current fight.

Honestly, I find it baffling that Angulo fight is on the PPV and Molina vs. Soto is not. Molina vs. Soto should be fireworks.
