Frampton might just be starting to regret that he didn't make more of an effort to sell himself down south all along. Shame really. No comparison between Carls tiny profile down here and Barry's massive profile when he was boxing.
It certainly would give them a lot more options now.

The south has the major outdoor venues, Aviva, Croke Park, Semple Stadium, Parc UI Coimh in the north Ravenhill is under renovation so they don't have major outdoor venues at the minute. Besides the O2 can get up to 14.5k i thought.

 

No o2 only 9,000 Carl wont be fighting down south in an outdoor venue any time soon thats for sure.

The figure for the 3 arena, as it's now called, of 14500 is a combination of seated plus standing.
Suitable for something like a concert.

For boxing it would have to be all seated, I guess.
Then capacity would max out at 9500.
STILL More fans and s better layout than Odessy IMO. Nearer me too!
