BHop has kept himself in considerably better shape. Bhop doesn't doesn't drink booze & we all know that's what Poles do best!

Well if he gets past Nicholson and is feeling pretty frisky after that, who knows? We could get enough rematches to stretch this out to a thousand pages! :ibutt

Bring on Bowe III! Mollo II! Grant II!! :happy

:lol::patsch Good one IB...do you think the Foul Pole could fare well against the likes of Windmill Wilder?

Honestly I think if he is wanting to continue after the defeat of an 11-year layoff dude they should get he & Seth Mitchell together. :admin

I'd love to see what odds you could get on Golota storming either of those kids with a KO1. :yep

After that first three minutes things would start looking grim.

:lol:Very true. I would like to see those odds too man, would be classic. I think he could get Mitchell outta there, he'd have to really manage some chin skills to get past Wilder.

That video was unbelievably brilliant! :rofl

Bravo, IB!! I will never utter the words "GO GOLOTA" again without thinking of the awesomeness that was that video. Happy gorillas, a dancing babe, and titles like "go go girls in cages" that can't help but make one happy.

    An amazing find!

    :thumbsup

Wasn't he signed to fight Bowe a couple of years back in an MMA fight of all things?

If Golota does actually win (which I think is far from a given despite Doc's not having fought since before Dubya's second term), my biggest fear is that he WILL continue, but not against those likes (which he'd probably lose to Mollo and Grant), but against actual foes who constitute "live bodies" in today's heavyweight landscape.

    :yikes

That's one of the things about Golota, he went from being deceptively fast in his prime, to decently quick in his run against Byrd and Ruiz, but after the Ruiz fight Golota's speed left him ridiculously quick. He "slowed down" literally faster than any fighter I remember following those fights. Even when he beat Mollo (the fight he SHOULD have retired after), he was SO PAINFULLY SLOW!

    :patsch

    It's ridiculous!

I thought for sure he was done after Saleta. If he beats Nicholson, a round robin tournament with Bowe, Holyfield, and Holmes might be in order.
