if I was floyd I wouldn't fight him now... floyd would beat him easy, but why give him the satisfaction of making millions after he cheated and lied all them years and pretended to be something he's not? FCUK HIM!...let him die broke like he is.

I think it was a response to the million dollar weight stipulation but that had some justification to it in that Floyd reneged on his contract with JMM. That said I don't think he was completely out of line for making the request but it should have been done in private rather than trying to out him in the public as a cheat. His refusal to be treated like a cheat then backfired and made him look like one which of course Floyd fans and apologists latched onto and ran with. There is also a possibility that Floyd knew if even subconsciously that the whole fiasco would sabotage the negotiations and kill the fight.

I see the first fight anywhere from 8-4 Pac to 7-5 Bradley Tim officially won so I call it a win the reason he won imo is because Pac only fought 30 secs a rds, the second fight I had 8-4/7-5 Pac, Bradley had to change his style and falteted in the 2nd half if he had a bit more power Bradley would have stopped Pac in the rematch.

The Castillo fight I scored the second bout closer 116-113 compared to 115-111, Oscar I gave 3 rds to, Maidana I scored it a draw live and think that fight was close.

Agree...didn't see the bradley fights as a domination. I had bradley winning the first fight by the same margin as the judges....he pulled it out down the stretch when it seemed pac tired and got sloppy. I had bradley winning the second fight after 5 rounds...then it looked like he cramped up and didn't do a whole lot after that. I had marquez wiinning the third fight 8-4 and then of course the KO6 fight. I don't think pac has been at his best for the past 3, 4 years.

That's weird the differences. I thought he got a draw at best vs Castillo 1, gave Oscar 4 rounds the first time I watched it and 5 the second time, and I tried to give Maidana the benefit of 6 rounds but I couldn't do it. I felt I had to score every close round for him in order to arrive at a draw.

Dude, wtf are you talking about? floyd reneged on the weight stipulation for the JMM fight and HE PAID JMM $300K. End of story...wtf does PED testing have to do with the JMM fight? That's some more bull**** smoke and mirrors justification? and since when do contract negotiations occur in "private"? We all knew about the DLH catchweight stipulation...it was discussed ad nauseum all over the media. a lotta other contract negotiations are made public. This was just another one.

The reason this thing blew up was because nobody expected pacman to say no to the testing. everybody assumed he would be happy to be tested and comply with the highest standards of the sport. when he refused, it was a shock to a lotta people and that's why it became such a big story. but I really believe this story never got the traction it really deserved...because manny got away with it...and floyd never would have. he'd have been castigated more than barry bonds in the same situation.

Honestly the first time I saw Mayweather-Castillo I thought he won til the punchstats came up and I thought maybe I was missing something but I always end up with fight II being closer. Oscar I thought got dominated for the most part I gave Canelo more rds than Hoya
The Maidana fight my final score is 9-3 Mayweather I felt Floyd won 6 rds clearly Maidana won 3 clearly and its 3 swing rds so a draw to 9-3 is in line with how I saw the fight.

I was surprised at how 1-sided the public saw the Canelo fight but maybe I was giving him the benefit of the doubt for being this young-looking kid taking on Floyd.

Four pounds in boxing is huge, people sweat for hours and hours trying to loose those 4lbs. And no reason why Floyd shouldn't dominate a B level fighter, are you predicting a different outcome? Of course you're not.

I definitely cosign this I thought Alvarez did a lot better than given credit for even made a thread about if after the fight I think people crap on his performance because they expected Canelo to be the typical dumb mexican brawler mold ala Chavez jr instead of a patient aggressive counter puncher ala Marquez. The only fights I've ever scored 4/5 rds for vs Mayweather are Maidana, Castillo II, & Alvarez.

If you read the entire response you'd discover that I don't agree with fighters dictating any of the items you mentioned. I don't agree with the challenger telling a champ to fight at catchweight, I don't agree that one party or the other should be able to decide on gloves and it if were up to me there would just be one standard size ring that everyone had to fight in. And the boxing commission of various states would be responsible for administering drug tests.

You're really coming of a some who's a dick rider and knows **** all about the sport or the history of the sport. But rather than resort to name calling I'm just going to add you to me ignore list. Guys like you are a waste of time, you just aren't knowledge enough to debate with. Adios dick rider.

lol...if 4lbs is huge, what do you call 17 lbs? that's gotta be INSURMOUNTABLE!...so for floyd to beat a guy with an insurmountable advantage by scores of 8-4 and 9-3 is pretty superhumanlike wouldn't you agree?
