Yeah, but I highly doubt King was involved in setting up Tyson. I believe he could've received a maximum of 20 years, which would've meant King would've never made another dollar on a Tyson fight...

I really wish I had all the facts present in front of me right now...but if you haven't read up a lot about the case, then do so. There is too much to go into with the limited space a forum provides, but basically judge Patricia Gifford was specifically chosen (against procedure, it must be noted, as the court had a random rotating judge policy to prevent bias) for the Tyson trial, and she was widely known as someone who specialised in **** cases. This is established fact. Gifford was not on rotation at the time of the trial, but certain strings were pulled to get her in a position to judge the trial.

That right there says to me that Indiana were 'out to get' Tyson.
