I haven't seen the video, but is it something similar to what maidana caught ortiz with when he put him down in round 1?

 

I don't recall it. But I have wanted to go back to see it, I just feel like maidanas awkward hammer right hand from the first fight is hard to defend against. If maidana becomes more textbook this fight, it could play into the hands of mayweather

For whatever it's worth, I've always thought you could have more success punching Floyd in the chest or even the shoulders rather than the ribs.

It's tough to catch him clean with traditional body-shots; in close, I think punches to the stomach could be more effective - like a half hook/uppercut.

 

This. Thats why so many people look good when they jab with Mayweather.

Yeah we spotted it. To be honest if Danny Garcia is next he should fight Floyd as the counter puncher. But he will need to time his shots to throw with or just before Floyd. I think that Danny's power would be the only thing that gives him a shot at winning. Hopefully we never see this fight though lol. Atleast not before Floyd fights Pacquiao.
