knowledge of what? im simply pointing out facts (timezones)

and stating that you have your location set to california yet for a while now iv noticed you only post at a time zone that is more suited to either a phillipino (or surrounding area) person at a normal time or you are a no-lifer californian who stays up during the hours of 3-7am bitching about floyd mayweather

to be fair the latter is actually more like now that i think of it :rofl:rofl

Floyd is not a KO boxer as he is a student of the sweet science called land clean and don't take one in return.

Most boxers that look for the KO all the time leave themselves open to get KTFO:!:

Floyd is just too smart for that KO hunting game IMO:hey

In saying all that Busta even though like me you admire the skills and talent of Floyd, i bet a part of you is hoping maidana Ko's him or knocks him down a few times and causes the upset.:rofl

Floyd isn't necessarily feather-fisted, Maidana even said in an interview that Mayweather has a decent punch. I think it's two things.

1.) Like a lot of guys mentioned, Floyd doesn't commit to his punches. He doesn't put much steam on them on purpose and it's because he doesn't want to get out of position. Floyd will always be a safety first fighter.

2.) He has fragile hands. It's well documented that he has had hand troubles his entire career. He starts trying to land heavy shots and he could injure a hand mid-fight.

Not that it's genetic...but Floyd Sr. didn't have a punch either :rofl

Anyone else remember when a big tsunami hit Philippines in late '10 or early '11 and shitposting about Floyd all but disappeared for 3 days? Boxing websites were wonderful without all the Failipinos on them.

hes not far off. walk around weight is no indicator of how big your bones, muscles and tendons really are. floyd has a very low fat % and in the ring hes looked just as big or bigger than most welters hes been fighting.

It all stems from the fact that he's fighting in his 4th and 5th weight classes for 10 years now.

He doesn't take as many chances against his opponents in the same manner he did at 140 and under. He's in the ring now with guys that are naturally bigger men than him and usually come into the ring with a double digit weight advantage.

Specifically at the lighter weights, he was known for putting combinations together a lot more often. He'd even put combinations together while pressed on the ropes or after counterpunching an opponent. These are things that you'll rarely see from him now since he's become a much more defensive fighter. He's still a great offensive fighter but for completely different reasons than when he was fighting at the lighter weights in his prime.

Floyd is feather fisted at 147, but it's probably more down to his safety first style. He's got the kind of accuracy to score plenty of accumulation TKOs
