Terrible fight. I agree with IB's scorecard.

I heard it on Thaboxingvoice or some boxing show like that.

Will see if i can dig out link they provided.

They can track the pre-sales of PPV's and get a pretty good estimate of how it's going to sell and this fight is the worst tracked ppv Floyd has had since pre Oscar.

No way this will do more then 700,000.

Absolute ZERO buzz for it and the undercard was complete ****.

Compare this undercard to Canelo-Mayweather, no comparison yet this fight needed a strong undercard to help sell it.

And it's 2.45am over here. It's like they're challenging you to stay awake.

You think he'll switch it up and try a stiff jab instead?

Nah, there is always the ever-present tantalizing possibility of some glass breaking with that.

Here, that just isn't happening. (Vázquez has an iron chin to withstand Bey's mediocre pop; Vázquez also has feather-fists insufficient to exploit Bey's weakish jaw)

Think most avid boxing fans feel this fight was unnecessary - going over old ground - so that wouldn't shock me.

Get the feeling this is a freebie fight to keep Floyd on his toes for a big fight with Pac next year. Not based on much, but I'd guess Pac and Khan will be the two opponents.

Let's face it, the most interesting thing about this fight will be the judges score cars.

    Round 9

Vázquez is using a bit more lateral movement now rather than just falling in and holding after the jab. Bey is still just watching and waiting, then sweeping in with quick but poorly timed hooks and clasping Vázquez around the back when he is close enough. Vázquez skips to his left and sticks the jab. Bey hurls himself in and drags his right into the body before tying up.

    10-9 Vázquez

    89-82 Vázquez
