You know Bernard is gonna fight Kovalev just like Mayweather, but will get praise

How can you rate Kovalev's power so high when he's been fighting scrubs? At least Madonna's competition has been B-level and up. Sirgay's competition is C-level at best.

I know. But he didnt' get praise back then. Same with Floyd, people criticise him now, but if he were 50 y.o., people would say how tricky the old man is and how great was his fighting strategy. Age means much in people's opinion.

Maidana cannot KO B-Level fighters. He couldn't KO Corley, Kotelnik, Khan, Alexander, Broner, Mayweatherx2. Camplllo and Cleverly had good chins and aren't easy to KO. When Kovalev touches opponents they go down.

No he has 31 KO's in 40 total fights, that means 9 opponents he couldn't KO. His best KO's are against glass jawed Ortiz, Josesito and Soto-Karass who Rosado stopped quicker that's not that impressive. He couldn't stop ancient Morales who Pac stopped twice.

 

atsch you dont count Ko's by wins by percentage of fights you won. its ff total fights fought if you lose a decision you still fought the fight ad did not get the KO... I nknow ou are trying to distort things to protect your hero but try some objectivity ffs. :blood also since Maidana moved up to welter he has 4 ko's in six fights.. 66% ko rate

 

quit acting like there arent different factors in it you stupid ****. anything kovalev touches dies and bhop is 50, its an accomplishment for him to even compete at this level. this is a far cry from #1 p4p near prime FLoyd running from a C-level Argentine brawler.

 

I don't think age has anything to do with it. 28 year old Hopkins would fight the same way in this fight.
