That farce last night would be lucky to break 700K. If you guarantee Floyd $32 million you gotta make sure to have someone who can carry the promotion and Maidana isn't the guy. I don't think SHO will release the PPV number

    Floyd can't read.

He doesn't realize they got him by the balls.

Or he may, but he just found out.

And OH ****...by the way Floyd, you have to fight Pacquiao.

    LOL!!!

    HA HA HA HA!!!!

Pacquaio is going to LAY AN ASS WHIPPIN on Floyd.

    Put in Tony Weeks too....

Only a real can-afford ***** would order that fight and considering almost half of them streams and gets their idols fight for free. They'd rather spend that 75 bucks for weed

I think due to his decline, floyd will have a genuine 50/50 fight before he hangs them up.

it was more like a floyd show than a real fight. he had everything in his favor, the ring size, gloves, ref, judges. maidana had no chance to win. he stunned floyd at the end of the round with a right but the pillow gloves he had on saved floyd from being ko

Hopefully. It's funny that the US, New Zealand, Australia and, to some degree, the UK are the only countries who really do PPV.

That means that countries where boxing is strong or growing, I.e. Japan, Mexico, Argentina and to some degree Thailand and the Philippines are all showing their top fights on free to air TV.

You alienate your audience and then wonder why the next generation of fighters are nothing special. I know Joichiro Tatsuyoshi was never a Mayweather-esque fighter but he acted as a big catalyst to the Japanese fighters that follow (Ioka and Hasegawa being among the notable names), Mayweather however doesn't seem to have inspired that same level of fighter.

the fight will do over a mil. first fight ppl thought it was a cherry pick then it was damn good. 900 buys or so. Now everybody heard the first fight is good so it will do over a mil. You must be a dummy thinking ppl can stop the order of the fight after its bought :patsch:patsch

PPV is bought before the fight bro, not during the fight :lol: :hi:

Floyd can read just not well:?

Plus he is getting paid by Showtime and they can't make him fight anybody:patsch

He will fight PAC and I can't wait as last night was a very poor showing IMO for both guys:smoke

I think about 800k, maybe less. There was no buzz for this rematch. It turned out pretty much the way everybody expected it to.

They might wish fewer people tuned in because if that's the level of entertainment that $80 buys today, fans will not be eager to partake again.
