There is nothing Floyd can do to get people to apprieciate him.
Absolutely nothing. I have learned over the years that most people who follow boxing are stupid people with very low intelligence. They will never ever appreciate someone for how good they are. They will only ever spot faults in their armour. It's all down to stupid jealously to be honest. Most boxing fans are thick ****s and don't appreciate a modern great wen we have one. Anyone on this forum would love to be Floyd mayweather. He is the definition of hit and not get hit
Which is what boxing is all about. Any true boxing fan would appreciate how great mayweather and paquiao are. But it is a disgrace they never fought.

Yeah poor Floyd. He's the highest paid athlete in sports, he's got people on the PPV broadcast saying he's top 20 ever, even some entertaining the absurd notion that he's the best fighter EVER, and he doesn't get respect?

Every single athlete who is any good and well-known has detractors.

    He gets plenty of respect.

As a boxer? He had my respect when he was at 130 and never lost it. As a person? How about not being a massive hypocritical douchebag and not having seven instances of assault accusation from five different women that resulted in a citation or arrest?

    It's really this.

**** the haters. Tyson had his haters who couldn't wait to see him lose, Ali had his haters, couldn't wait to see him lose, Roy had his haters couldn't wait to see him lose. I bet SRR even had his haters.

Doesn't matter who he beats, he'll take ****.

I know styles make fights.. but Floyd humiliated Juan Manuel Marquez in their fight.. (and here comes the haters bitching about weight.. it doesn't f.UCKING MATTER)... the same JMM who KTFO out of Pac and any real boxing fan will tell you beat Pac 3 out of 4 fights at least.

Yet.. does Floyd get one ounce of credit for that? Hell no. Haters gonna hate.

Floyd get credit for fighting the next big Mexican fighter in Canelo.. nah.. people going to hate on him for it.

Floyd's resume is already complete. Name any fighter and there's gonna be people that they didn't fight. Most of it political. Bottom line.. the Floyd's resume is amazing for a guy who hasn't lost a fight.

Has he been boring lately? Yeah.. he has... he's 37 and fighting 3 weight divisions up from where he really started. It happens.

I'm tired of drunk Mexicans paying for a fight like this.
Please, no more tequila and watch out for ODL's next hype fight.

He has my respect. He just doesn't have my interest. Chump undercards, onesided main events and a circus atmospher. It's not boxing anymore. It's abunch of wanna be gangsters trying to be seen. Real boxing fans have stopped watching this ****.

p.s. Santa Cruz fighting in a co-main event against a former sparing partner. What a Joke:patsch Need I say more.

He won't get his just due until he retires. 15-20 years down the road, the same ones bashing him now will be the first ones to say, "I got to see Floyd fight. This new era of fighters couldn't hold his jock strap." Watch. Just watch.
