If I watch a little guy like Mayweather chew down two Big Macs (it was on the latest hype episode before his recent fight) as a snack, I wonder how Haye is going to be able to sustain his muscle mass and just plain size if he goes full vegan. Would be interesting to see in the future.

Err nuts, seed, vegetables, beans, tofu, all have animo acids which dont have to be broken down and converted into protein by the body,

Raw foods is superior to dead meat, which releases uric acid in the body and makes digestion far more arduous on the body, leading to putrefaction and crystals being formed.

I wouldn't expect meatheads who chop down blindly mcdonalds and synthetic meats daily while washing it down with soda pops - or thinking they are getting superior protein through their shakes unwittingly overloading their kidneys -to understand why so many people choose to go vegan.

Then when they get cancer, diabetes and arthritis they wonder why and expect their drs to sort them out with pills and injections.

I dont serve the slaughter industry either much for the same reason as haye so good on the bloke.
Its a misconception that you have to eat meat to source protein. P4p beans especially soya have a lot more protein per serving.
As far as im aware nothing beats soya beans for protein certainly not meat or fish. The only other thing i can think of that you have to make an effort to source is iron, but broccoli is a good alternative.
Its moral choice why david doesnt eat meat the same as my choice.
Slaughter for pleasure isnt acceptable. You can get all the protein carbs and fats vitamins and minerals from other quality sources.

Spot on DE, great post. :good

People are conditioned by the food and supplement industries. It's a dirty business based on greed and disinformation.

People buy into the lie because they don't want to give up their steak, burgers etc (never mind that what they're actually eating is so interfered with it can barely be described as 'meat' anyway). Some sad souls even view meat eating as 'macho'. In truth they're less manly, because their minds simply aren't strong enough to overcome their cravings. They're hooked on taste and the gratification food brings, and still view food primarily as pleasure rather than fuel. This is how the industry wants them. Desperate for their next 'taste' fix.

I've no empathy with animals, don't 'do' pets, couldn't care less if I never saw another animal, and certainly have no desire to eat one. My reasons for not eating meat and dairy aren't to do with animal welfare, they're to do with my own welfare. :yep

I know a few Vegans and they say when they converted their health improved amazingly. More energy , clear mind and all the little aches and pains in the body just went.
