he meant any ppv without mayweaher or pac because Pac-Cpttp 2 or pac-Caneo would probably do moare then Cotto-Canelo also

Pac/Canelo will never happen. Canelo can't even make 154 anymore. Mayweather/Canelo II could happen but I think it's a bigger fight if Canelo were to defeat Cotto first. Since Mayweather already fought and defeated Cotto cleanly, a rematch as big as it would be might not be as big as Cotto/Canelo because they have never fought, have the Puerto Rican/Mexican rivalry factor, are both proven PPV draws on their own and together would make for a huge PPV fight. I honestly think at this moment that the only fight that would realistically be made (not Mayweather/GGG for example because if Floyd ducked Manny why in the world would he ever face GGG?) that would be bigger than Mayweather/Pacquiao would be Cotto/Canelo. It think it would eclipse Mayweather/Cotto II RIGHT NOW. I think Cotto/Canelo does a minimum of 1.5M buys. I think if Mayweather rematches Cotto right now it does about 1.2M. If Cotto defeats Canelo (or vice-versa) and goes on to rematch Mayweather, then that fight would do over 1.5M and closer to 2M. Agree?

At B Scene, DLH mentioned that Canelo wants to go on May 2nd, and he intends on making it happen!

It's no secret that this is Goldenboy's last fight promoting Mayweather.

Which would you order on May 2nd 2015!

    Cotto vs. Canelo

    or

    Mayweather vs. Khan

The choice is very clear in my opinion..... This on top of less than 1 Million PPV's this past weekend.... I think we might just get it, or at least I hope....

Mayweather is a business man, he should know what the smart decision is, remember it doesn't have to be pac, it can be cotto or canelo as well so he has 3 options to outdo numbers of a potential cotto-canelo fight

It would be incredibly stupid for them to fight on two different cards on the same night, and it won't happen.

You realize there is 0.0% chance this goes to MSG, right? Canelo is never giving away the tax dollars by fighting in NYC, and Cotto is not the A-side. Canelo is worth more $ to mexicans than Cotto is to ricans.

This fight is Vegas all the way.

Canelo vs Cotto pushes Mayweather off of the May 3rd date…on PPV and MGM Grand. There is no way Mayweather would go head to head (and no way showtime let's him do it) with Danny Garcia.

Look for him to fight in late march or early April.

This would be biggest draw for both, Cotto is lineal MW champion and could sell out Msg fighting nobody and claiming his opponent is invisible. Cotto is more accomplished and there is no way he gives up MSG to bend to Canelo's will. Canelo needs Cotto more that Cotto needs Saul. Especially if Cotto is moving up.

Cotto refused to bend for the Lineal middleweight on minor thing like billing, you think he'd give Canelo choice of venue etc? lol
